Domonique White is a dynamic leader, educator, and strategist with more than two decades of experience in administration, education, and community development. As the Pastor of Vision & Development at MH Church of Compton, she brings a heart for service and a talent for transforming ideas into sustainable systems that uplift people and communities.
A mother of two brilliant Black boys, Domonique’s work is rooted in both purpose and practicality. She often reminds those around her that “things are not that hard—they’re simple. There are no problems, only opportunities.” Her career reflects philosophy, spanning leadership in charter school operations, college access initiatives, and youth development programs that open doors through access, exposure, and opportunity.
As a servant leader, Domonique continues to inspire others to see potential where others see obstacles, believing wholeheartedly that with the right connection and commitment, lives can truly be changed.
